Proud Pets website, images, text, logos and website design are owned by Proud Pets. No individual or company may use the websites content for any purpose other than purchasing. Except for actions permitted by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) no part of the website may be reproduced, adapted, performed in public or transmitted in any form by any process (graphic, electronic or mechanical, including further copying, recording, taping or by a storage and information retrieval system) without the specific prior written consent of Proud Pets.
Refund Policy
Proud Pets adhere to any warranties or guarantees that appear in the item description on this website or that come from a manufacturer. All other products adhere to the refund conditions below:
- We generally will not refund an item solely because a customer has changed their mind.
- We will provide an exchange for a defective item if possible, otherwise a refund will be given.
- A defective item must be returned to Proud Pets within 30 days of postage from Proud Pets.
- If an exchange is not possible, a refund for costs of the item and standard postage will be available via credit card or other at Proud Pets discretion.
- Refundable postage costs do not include any special delivery such as courier or international postage. Postage costs refunded will not exceed our postage fee.
Exchange Policy
In the event of an exchange request, this is possible as long as the following apply:
- Item is returned to Proud Pets within 14 days of postage from Proud Pets.
- Item is returned in perfect condition and has not been used in any way. Item is in a resellable condition. Any packaging must be intact. Item must not sustain any damage during return shipping to Proud Pets and is packaged sufficiently to prevent any damage.
- Customer covers all postage and handling of products including return of item and new item being sent back.
- Any customized orders not regularly stocked by Proud Pets is unable to be exchanged.
