Most products made available for purchase are kept in stock at all times, except for the Snooza Pet Beds. Packaging and dispatching of your order will take place within 1-2 business days of your payment being received, except in the case of Snooza Pet Bedding.
In the case of dog and cat collars, usually all sizes and colours are kept in stock, however occasionally they may not be. In such cases your will be notified by email within 24 hours if this is the case and an extra 1-5 business days may be required before shipping of your order.
In the case of Snooza pet beds, most are made to order and will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment being received.
Currently all our orders are shipped using Australia Post for Australian and International orders. We offer only Registered Post for Australian Shipping Addresses.
